  4. 4. Knead the dough briefly by hand.
  5. 5. Shape the dough into a ball.
  6. 6. Wrap the dough ball in cling film.
  7. 7. Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  8. 8. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  9. 9. Dust the work surface with flour.
  10. 10. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 3 to 4 millimeters.
  11. 11. Cut out rectangular cookies with a fluted edge.
  12. 12. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  13. 13. Place the cookies on the tray.
  14. 14. Bake the cookies for about 12 minutes.
  15. 15. Remove the baked cookies from the tray.
