  7. 7. Stir everything together to form a homogeneous dough.
  8. 8. Place the dough on the prepared baking sheet.

  10. 10. Bake the base for about 20 to 25 minutes.
  11. 11. Melt the sugar in a pan until it caramelizes to a golden yellow color.
  12. 12. Stir the honey, butter, and cream into the caramel.
