Ingredients
- 200 ml grape juice
- 30 g whole wheat semolina
- 2 dates
- 30 g hazelnut kernels
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
Instructions
- 1. Bring the grape juice to a boil in a pot. Slowly stir in the semolina until it is fully incorporated. Let the mixture boil briefly again, then remove it from the heat to cool down.
- 2. Chop the dates into small pieces. Add them to the cooled semolina along with the hazelnuts, cocoa powder, and vanilla sugar. Puree everything in a blender until you have a smooth, creamy texture. Transfer the cream into a sealable container and refrigerate it.
