Ingredients
- 350 g goat cheese
- 2 tbsp walnut oil
- salt
- pepper from the mill
- 350 g walnuts
- salad leaves
- 6 tbsp dressing (your choice)
Instructions
- 1. Heat a pan without oil or butter.
- 2. Add the walnuts to the hot pan.
- 3. Toast the nuts briefly until they are fragrant.
- 4. Remove the pan from the heat and let the nuts cool down.
- 5. Finely chop the cooled walnuts.
- 6. Place the goat cheese in a bowl.
- 7. Drizzle some oil over the cheese.
- 8. Season with a pinch of salt.
- 9. Season with a pinch of pepper.
- 10. Mix everything thoroughly with a fork.
- 11. Form small balls with a diameter of about 2 centimeters from the mixture.
- 12. Roll each cheese ball in the chopped walnuts.
- 13. Distribute the lettuce leaves onto six individual plates.
- 14. Drizzle the dressing over the lettuce leaves.
- 15. Place the nut fresh cheese balls on the salad.
