🍰 Crunchy Apples with Nut Filling

Ingredients
- 4 large aromatic apples
- 2 fresh figs
- 20 raisins
- 20 g chopped hazelnuts
- 20 g almond slivers
- 2 tbsp honey
- cinnamon
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions
- 1. Wash the apples thoroughly.
- 2. Dry the apples with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Remove the core of the apples using a corer.
- 4. Peel the figs.
- 5. Finely chop the fig flesh.
- 6. Heat a non-stick pan.
- 7. Toast the almonds and hazelnuts in the pan for a short time.
- 8. Mix the toasted nuts with the chopped fig flesh.
- 9. Add the raisins to the nut-fruit mixture.
- 10. Stir the liquid honey into the mixture.
- 11. Add the cinnamon to the mixture and mix everything well.
- 12. Grease a baking dish well with fat.
- 13. Place the prepared apples in the baking dish.
- 14. Fill the apples with the nut-fruit mixture.
- 15. Distribute the remaining filling around the apples in the dish.
- 16. Place a small piece of butter on each apple.
- 17. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- 18. Place the baking dish in the oven.
- 19. Bake the apples for 35 minutes.
