  3. 3. Remove the core of the apples using a corer.
  4. 4. Peel the figs.
  5. 5. Finely chop the fig flesh.
  6. 6. Heat a non-stick pan.
  7. 7. Toast the almonds and hazelnuts in the pan for a short time.
  8. 8. Mix the toasted nuts with the chopped fig flesh.
  9. 9. Add the raisins to the nut-fruit mixture.
  10. 10. Stir the liquid honey into the mixture.
  11. 11. Add the cinnamon to the mixture and mix everything well.
  12. 12. Grease a baking dish well with fat.
  13. 13. Place the prepared apples in the baking dish.
  14. 14. Fill the apples with the nut-fruit mixture.
  15. 15. Distribute the remaining filling around the apples in the dish.
  16. 16. Place a small piece of butter on each apple.
