🍽️ Crunchy Nut Apricot Bites

Ingredients
- 100 g ground walnut kernels
- 100 g dried apricots
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 60 g sugar
- 40 g flour
Instructions
- 1. Roughly puree the apricots.
- 2. Beat the eggs together with the butter, cinnamon, and sugar until thick and foamy. Then gently fold in the ground walnuts, apricots, and flour.
- 3. Use two spoons to form small mounds of dough. Place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake them in the preheated oven at 180 degrees (conventional or fan-assisted, middle rack) for about 10 minutes.
