🍝 Make and roll out fresh pasta dough

Ingredients
- 300 g flour (preferably type 00)
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 0.5 tsp salt
Instructions
- 1. Pour the flour onto a clean work surface.
- 2. Press a well into the center of the flour with your hand.
- 3. Crack the eggs directly into this well.
- 4. Add the salt and the oil.
- 5. Knead everything vigorously into a smooth dough.
- 6. If the dough seems too dry, knead in a little water.
- 7. Wrap the dough tightly in cling film.
- 8. Let the dough rest for at least 30 minutes.
- 9. Divide the dough into two or three equal pieces.
- 10. Wrap the pieces you do not need immediately in cling film again.
- 11. Lightly dust the work surface with flour.
- 12. Take one piece of dough and roll it out flat.
- 13. Feed the dough through the pasta machine.
- 14. Run the dough through the machine repeatedly.
- 15. Stop when the desired thickness is reached.
