🍝 Quick Pea and Noodle Soup

Ingredients
- 150 g soup pasta
- salt
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 250 g peas (frozen)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 800 ml vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
- salt
- cayenne pepper
Instructions
- 1. Boil water in a pot with salt.
- 2. Cook the noodles in it until al dente (firm to the bite).
- 3. Drain the noodles and rinse them briefly with cold water.
- 4. Wash the celery thoroughly.
- 5. Remove the tough strings from the celery and cut it into small pieces.
- 6. Peel the onion and the garlic.
- 7. Dice the onion and garlic very finely.
- 8. Heat oil in a pot.
- 9. Sauté the onions, garlic, celery, and peas in it briefly.
- 10. Pour in the broth.
- 11. Let the soup simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.
- 12. Add the prepared noodles to the soup.
- 13. Finely chop the parsley.
- 14. Add the parsley to the soup.
- 15. Season the soup with salt and a pinch of cayenne pepper.
- 16. Serve the soup hot.
