  1. 1. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain, rinse briefly with cold water, and let them drain well.
  2. 2. Wash the beans and peas. Blanch them (cook briefly in boiling water) for about 5 minutes in salted water. Drain, rinse with cold water, let drain, and then slice them lengthwise into thin strips.
  3. 3. Wash the radicchio, shake it dry, and slice it into strips. Wash the chili pepper and slice it into rings.
  4. 4. Whisk together lemon juice, oil, salt, and pepper to make a dressing. Toss the salad ingredients and pasta together and mix in the dressing.
