  1. 1. Put the frozen peas into boiling salted water and cook them for about 3 minutes.
  2. 2. Remove the peas from the water and let them drain well.
  3. 3. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into small cubes.
  4. 4. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan.
  5. 5. Fry the sweet potato cubes in the pan until golden brown on all sides.
  6. 6. Season the cooked potatoes with salt and pepper.
  7. 7. Wash the chili peppers thoroughly.
  8. 8. Cut off the top of the chili peppers and remove the seeds with a sharp knife.
  9. 9. Slice the deseeded chili peppers into thin rings.
  10. 10. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente.
  11. 11. Drain the pasta.
  12. 12. Put the pasta into a large bowl.
  13. 13. Add the sweet potatoes, peas, 4 tablespoons of olive oil, and the chili rings to the bowl.
  14. 14. Mix all ingredients well together.
  15. 15. Let the salad cool down for a short while.
  16. 16. Stir the lemon juice into the cooled salad.
  17. 17. Portion the salad into small bowls.
  18. 18. Serve the salad lukewarm.
