  7. 7. Remove the asparagus from the water using a slotted spoon.
  8. 8. Shock the asparagus immediately under cold water to stop the cooking process.
  9. 9. Let the asparagus drain well.
  10. 10. Cook the pasta in the same asparagus water according to the package instructions until al dente.
  11. 11. Wash the radishes thoroughly.
  12. 12. Slice the radishes into thin rounds.
  13. 13. Wash the lemon under hot water.
  14. 14. Dry the lemon with a cloth.
  15. 15. Grate the fine zest of the lemon finely.
