🍝 Fresh Pasta Salad with Crispy Radishes

Ingredients
- 250 g elbow macaroni
- 250 g cucumber
- 4 gherkins
- 1 bunch radishes
- 1 bunch dill
- 4 tbsp sour cream
- 4 tbsp whipping cream
- 1 tbsp grated horseradish (fresh or from the jar)
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- 2. Add the pasta and the smaller pasta pieces to the boiling water.
- 3. Cook the pasta until it is al dente (firm to the bite).
- 4. Drain the pasta and immediately rinse it with cold water to stop the cooking process.
- 5. Let the pasta drain well.
- 6. Peel the cucumbers.
- 7. Dice the peeled cucumbers and the gherkins (pickles) into fine cubes.
- 8. Wash the radishes thoroughly.
- 9. Remove the tough stems and roots from the radishes.
- 10. Slice the radishes into thin rounds first.
- 11. Then cut the rounds into fine strips.
- 12. Wash the dill.
- 13. Carefully pick the dill leaves off the stems.
- 14. Mix the sweet cream with the sour cream in a bowl.
- 15. Season the cream mixture with salt and pepper.
- 16. Combine the drained pasta, the cut vegetables, and the dill in a large bowl.
- 17. Pour the seasoned cream mixture over the pasta and vegetable mixture.
- 18. Toss everything well until the ingredients are evenly coated.
- 19. Plate the salad on dishes.
- 20. Serve the salad immediately.
