  2. 2. Add the pasta and the smaller pasta pieces to the boiling water.
  3. 3. Cook the pasta until it is al dente (firm to the bite).
  4. 4. Drain the pasta and immediately rinse it with cold water to stop the cooking process.
  5. 5. Let the pasta drain well.
  6. 6. Peel the cucumbers.
  7. 7. Dice the peeled cucumbers and the gherkins (pickles) into fine cubes.
  8. 8. Wash the radishes thoroughly.
  9. 9. Remove the tough stems and roots from the radishes.
  10. 10. Slice the radishes into thin rounds first.
  11. 11. Then cut the rounds into fine strips.
  12. 12. Wash the dill.
  13. 13. Carefully pick the dill leaves off the stems.
  14. 14. Mix the sweet cream with the sour cream in a bowl.
  15. 15. Season the cream mixture with salt and pepper.
  16. 16. Combine the drained pasta, the cut vegetables, and the dill in a large bowl.
  17. 17. Pour the seasoned cream mixture over the pasta and vegetable mixture.
