  1. 1. Boil plenty of water in a pot and add some salt. Cook the pasta in it until it is al dente (firm to the bite). Follow the instructions on the package.
  2. 2. Mix the yogurt with the lemon juice and ketchup in a bowl. Season the sauce with a little salt and pepper. Stir in the herbs.
  3. 3. Rinse the tomatoes and cut them into quarters.
  4. 4. Cut the bell pepper into quarters, remove the inside, rinse it, and cut it into thin strips.
  5. 5. Rinse the cucumber, cut it in half lengthwise, and slice it.
  6. 6. Cut the chicken sausage into bite-sized pieces.
  7. 7. Drain the pasta and rinse it with cold water to cool it down. Let it drain well.
  8. 8. Mix the drained pasta with the prepared ingredients and the sauce. Serve the salad and sprinkle cress on top.
