🍽️ Fresh Pasta Salad with Chicken Sausage

Ingredients
- 250 g Farfalle
- Salt, pepper from the mill
- 200 g Yogurt
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 3 tbsp Tomato ketchup
- 3 tbsp Finely chopped herbs
- 100 g Cocktail tomatoes
- 1 yellow and green bell pepper
- 150 g Cucumber
- 100 g Poultry sausage (with vegetables, sliced)
- Cress (for decoration)
Instructions
- 1. Boil plenty of water in a pot and add some salt. Cook the pasta in it until it is al dente (firm to the bite). Follow the instructions on the package.
- 2. Mix the yogurt with the lemon juice and ketchup in a bowl. Season the sauce with a little salt and pepper. Stir in the herbs.
- 3. Rinse the tomatoes and cut them into quarters.
- 4. Cut the bell pepper into quarters, remove the inside, rinse it, and cut it into thin strips.
- 5. Rinse the cucumber, cut it in half lengthwise, and slice it.
- 6. Cut the chicken sausage into bite-sized pieces.
- 7. Drain the pasta and rinse it with cold water to cool it down. Let it drain well.
- 8. Mix the drained pasta with the prepared ingredients and the sauce. Serve the salad and sprinkle cress on top.
