  3. 3. Boil the snow peas for 6 minutes in boiling salted water (this is called blanching, i.e., cooking briefly in hot water).
  4. 4. Remove the snow peas from the water and let them drain well.
  5. 5. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
  6. 6. Let the cooked pasta cool down.
  7. 7. Peel the onion.
  8. 8. Slice the onion into very thin strips.
  9. 9. Wash the spring onions.
  10. 10. Remove the ends of the spring onions.
  11. 11. Slice the spring onions into thin diagonal rings.
  12. 12. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper.
  13. 13. Drizzle the shrimp with lemon juice.
  14. 14. Wash the chili pepper.
  15. 15. Cut open the chili pepper.
  16. 16. Remove the seeds from the chili pepper.
  17. 17. Slice the chili pepper into strips.
  18. 18. Heat 2 to 3 tablespoons of sesame oil in a pan.
  19. 19. Fry the shrimp in the oil over medium heat.
  20. 20. Let the fried shrimp cool down slightly.
  21. 21. Mix the cooled pasta with the shrimp.

  32. 32. Season the salad finally with salt.
  33. 33. Divide the finished salad into small bowls.
