  1. 1. Boil plenty of water in a pot and add some salt.
  2. 2. Cook the pasta in it according to the package instructions until al dente.
  3. 3. Drain the pasta in a colander and let it drain well.
  4. 4. Stir 1 tablespoon of oil into the warm pasta.
  5. 5. Let the pasta cool down completely.
  6. 6. Wash the cucumber and cut it into small cubes.
  7. 7. Wash the arugula and the salad greens.
  8. 8. Spin the vegetables dry.
  9. 9. Tear the salad leaves into smaller pieces if necessary.
  10. 10. Wash the red cabbage and cut it into thin strips.
  11. 11. Wash the strawberries and remove the green tops.
  12. 12. Slice the strawberries crosswise.
  13. 13. Place the cooled pasta in a large bowl.
  14. 14. Add the cucumber cubes, arugula, salad greens, and red cabbage.
  15. 15. Mix all ingredients well together.
  16. 16. Fold in the capers and the strawberry slices.
  17. 17. Whisk lemon juice, mustard, honey, salt, pepper, and the remaining oil for the dressing.
  18. 18. Pour the dressing over the salad.
