  2. 2. Cook the pasta in it for as long as indicated on the package until al dente.
  3. 3. Drain the pasta and rinse it briefly with cold water to stop the cooking process.
  4. 4. Let the pasta drain well.
  5. 5. Pour the broth and vinegar over the drained pasta.
  6. 6. Remove the pot from the heat.
  7. 7. Stir the remaining olive oil into the pasta mixture.
  8. 8. Rinse the basil under running water.
  9. 9. Shake the basil dry.
  10. 10. Finely chop the basil leaves.
  11. 11. Add the chopped basil leaves and pine nuts to the pasta-oil mixture.
  12. 12. Season the salad with salt and pepper.
  13. 13. Mix everything well so that the ingredients are evenly distributed among the pasta.
