🍝 Greek-style Pasta Salad

Ingredients
- 400 g Penne
- Sea salt
- 2 garlic cloves
- 4 mild chili peppers
- 1 red bell pepper
- 200 g Feta
- 50 g black olives (pitted to taste)
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 pinch sugar
- 1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
- Pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Boil water in a pot and add salt.
- 2. Add the penne pasta to the boiling water.
- 3. Cook the pasta for the time specified on the package until al dente.
- 4. Drain the pasta and rinse it briefly with cold water.
- 5. Let the pasta drain well.
- 6. Peel the garlic cloves.
- 7. Finely chop the garlic.
- 8. Wash the chili peppers.
- 9. Cut the chili peppers in half.
- 10. Remove the seeds from the chili peppers.
- 11. Wash the bell pepper.
- 12. Cut the bell pepper in half.
- 13. Remove the seeds and white pith from the bell pepper.
- 14. Dice the bell pepper into small cubes.
- 15. Crumble the feta cheese with your hands.
- 16. Whisk the olive oil with the lemon juice and sugar in a bowl.
- 17. Add the parsley and all prepared ingredients to the dressing.
- 18. Season the salad with salt and pepper to taste.
- 19. Serve the salad.
