  2. 2. Add the penne pasta to the boiling water.
  3. 3. Cook the pasta for the time specified on the package until al dente.
  4. 4. Drain the pasta and rinse it briefly with cold water.
  5. 5. Let the pasta drain well.
  6. 6. Peel the garlic cloves.
  7. 7. Finely chop the garlic.
  8. 8. Wash the chili peppers.
  9. 9. Cut the chili peppers in half.
  10. 10. Remove the seeds from the chili peppers.
  11. 11. Wash the bell pepper.
  12. 12. Cut the bell pepper in half.
  13. 13. Remove the seeds and white pith from the bell pepper.
  14. 14. Dice the bell pepper into small cubes.
  15. 15. Crumble the feta cheese with your hands.
  16. 16. Whisk the olive oil with the lemon juice and sugar in a bowl.
  17. 17. Add the parsley and all prepared ingredients to the dressing.
  18. 18. Season the salad with salt and pepper to taste.
  19. 19. Serve the salad.
