  1. 1. Boil water in a large pot and add plenty of salt.
  2. 2. Cook the pasta in it until it is al dente, exactly according to the instructions on the package.
  3. 3. Drain the pasta and rinse it briefly with cold water.
  4. 4. Let the water drain off and put the pasta into a bowl.
  5. 5. Let the pasta cool down in the bowl.
  6. 6. Wash the white cabbage under running water.
  7. 7. Cut the cabbage into four quarters and remove the hard core in the center.
  8. 8. Cut the cabbage into very thin strips.
  9. 9. Put the cut cabbage strips into a large salad bowl.
  10. 10. Heat the vegetable broth in a small pot or in the microwave.
  11. 11. Pour the hot broth directly over the cabbage in the bowl.
  12. 12. Put the mustard, the vinegar, the rapeseed oil, and the pumpkin seed oil into a small container.
  13. 13. Add the paprika powder and the pepper.
  14. 14. Stir the ingredients vigorously until a smooth sauce forms.
  15. 15. Pour the sauce over the warm cabbage.
  16. 16. Massage the cabbage with your hands so that it absorbs the sauce well.
  17. 17. Wash the bell peppers.
  18. 18. Cut the pepper into quarters and remove the inside with the seeds.
  19. 19. Cut the pepper pieces into very thin strips.
  20. 20. Wash the chives.
  21. 21. Shake the chives dry.
  22. 22. Cut the chives into small rings.
  23. 23. Remove the skin from the Cabanossi sausages.
  24. 24. Slice the Cabanossi into thin slices.
  25. 25. Add the pepper strips, the chives, and the cooled pasta to the cabbage.
