🍝 Greek-style pasta salad with spinach and olives

Ingredients
- 400 g shell pasta
- salt
- 1 handful baby spinach
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 tbsp olive oil

- 150 g feta
- 50 g black olives (pitted)
Instructions
- 1. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.
- 2. Rinse the pasta with cold water and let it drain.
- 3. Wash the spinach thoroughly.
- 4. Remove the tough stems from the spinach.
- 5. Spin the spinach dry.
- 6. Peel the garlic.
- 7. Finely chop the garlic.
- 8. Mix the garlic with vinegar and lemon juice.
- 9. Add 1-2 tablespoons of water and oil to the mixture.
- 10. Season the sauce with salt.
- 11. Crumble the feta cheese.
- 12. Fold in the feta, olives, spinach, and pasta into the sauce.
- 13. Let the salad marinate for about 10 minutes.
- 14. Taste the salad and adjust seasoning if needed.
- 15. Serve the salad.
