  8. 8. Remove the dry tips of the spring onions.
  9. 9. Cut the spring onions into pieces about 2 centimeters long.
  10. 10. Cut the smoked salmon into strips about 4 centimeters long.
  11. 11. Carefully pluck the leaves of the Thai basil plant from the stems.
  12. 12. Gently mix the drained noodles with the daikon radish.
  13. 13. Add the spring onions to the noodle and daikon mixture.
  14. 14. Add the smoked salmon strips to the salad.
