🍝 Pasta Salad

Ingredients
- 2 large tomatoes
- 1 small onion
- 80 g small shell pasta
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
Instructions
- 1. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente (still firm to the bite). Drain, rinse briefly with cold water to stop the cooking process, and let them drain well.
- 2. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes to loosen the skin. Peel off the skin, remove the seeds, and cut the flesh into small cubes.
- 3. Peel the onion and chop it into very small pieces.
- 4. Whisk the olive oil with vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix the pasta, tomato cubes, and onion pieces with this dressing. Fill everything into a jar with a screw-top lid.
