🍝 Pan with Glass Noodles, Sprouts and Egg

Ingredients
- 50 g Glass Noodles
- 200 g Mung Bean Sprouts
- 150 g small red Bell Peppers (1 small red Bell Pepper)
- 0.5 Bunch Chives
- 1 Garlic Clove
- 2 tsp Sesame
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tsp Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Oil (e.g. Peanut Oil)
- 100 g Beef Mince
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Put the glass noodles into a bowl.
- 2. Pour 300 milliliters of boiling water over them.
- 3. Let the noodles steep for one minute.
- 4. Drain the water and rinse the noodles with cold water.
- 5. Let the noodles drain well.
- 6. Rinse the sprouts with hot water.
- 7. Let the sprouts drain well too.
- 8. Quarter the bell pepper.
- 9. Remove the core.
- 10. Wash the pepper.
- 11. Cut the pepper into thin strips.
- 12. Wash the chives.
- 13. Shake the chives dry.
- 14. Cut the chives into small rings.
- 15. Peel the garlic.
- 16. Dice the garlic finely.
- 17. Lightly toast the sesame seeds in a large non-stick pan.
- 18. Remove the sesame seeds from the pan.
- 19. Place the sesame seeds on a small plate.
- 20. Let the sesame seeds cool down.
- 21. Crack the eggs into a small bowl.
- 22. Add one teaspoon of soy sauce to the eggs.
- 23. Whisk the eggs with the soy sauce.
- 24. Heat one tablespoon of oil in the pan.
- 25. Pour the egg mixture into the hot pan.
- 26. Cook the egg like a pancake over medium heat.
- 27. Fry the egg for about two minutes on each side until golden brown.
- 28. Remove the pancake from the pan.
- 29. Let the pancake cool for two to three minutes.
- 30. Roll the cooled pancake up tightly.
- 31. Cut the roll into thin strips.
- 32. Heat the remaining oil in the pan.
- 33. Fry the minced meat over high heat for about three minutes until brown.
- 34. Add the pepper strips to the pan.
- 35. Add the sprouts to the pan.
- 36. Add the garlic to the pan.
- 37. Add the glass noodles to the pan.
- 38. Season the mixture with salt.
- 39. Season the mixture with pepper.
- 40. Fry everything over high heat for about one minute.
- 41. Stir the ingredients constantly.
- 42. Add the chives to the pan.
- 43. Add the egg strips to the pan.
- 44. Gently fold the ingredients together.
- 45. Season the dish with the remaining soy sauce.
- 46. Sprinkle the sesame seeds over the dish.
- 47. Serve the dish.
