  14. 14. Cut the chives into small rings.

  16. 16. Dice the garlic finely.
  17. 17. Lightly toast the sesame seeds in a large non-stick pan.
  18. 18. Remove the sesame seeds from the pan.
  19. 19. Place the sesame seeds on a small plate.
