  10. 10. Wash the bell pepper.
  11. 11. Remove the core of the bell pepper.
  12. 12. Cut the bell pepper into small cubes.
  13. 13. Wash the spring onions.
  14. 14. Trim the ends of the spring onions.
  15. 15. Slice the spring onions into thin rings.
  16. 16. Heat oil in a large skillet.
