🍝 Pasta with Zucchini and Chorizo

Ingredients
- 250 g Fusilli
- 250 g Pasta (Maccheroncini)
- Salt
- 350 g Zucchini
- 1 Onion
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 150 g Chorizo
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 30 g Butter
- Pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Bring the water for the pasta to a boil in a large pot.
- 2. Add both types of pasta to the boiling salted water.
- 3. Cook the pasta until al dente, as indicated on the package.
- 4. Thoroughly wash the zucchini under running water.
- 5. Cut the zucchini into small, fine cubes.
- 6. Peel the onion and the garlic.
- 7. Cut the onion and garlic into small cubes.
- 8. Slice the chorizo sausage into thin rounds.
- 9. Heat the olive oil and butter in a large non-stick pan.
- 10. Fry the sausage slices, onions, and garlic in the pan.
- 11. Stir occasionally while doing so.
- 12. Fry the ingredients for about 3 minutes.
- 13. Add the cubed zucchini to the pan.
- 14. Fry everything together for another 5 minutes.
- 15. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- 16. Drain the cooked pasta in a colander.
- 17. Toss the pasta with the contents of the pan.
