🍝 Spaghetti with Fried Zucchini

Ingredients
- 500 g Spaghetti
- 2 Zucchini
- 2 Shallots
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- Sea salt
- Pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
- 2. Cook the spaghetti in it until al dente.
- 3. Wash the zucchini thoroughly.
- 4. Remove the tough ends of the zucchini.
- 5. Slice the zucchini lengthwise into thin slices.
- 6. Peel the shallots and the garlic.
- 7. Finely chop the shallots and garlic.
- 8. Heat oil in a frying pan.
- 9. Sauté the shallots and garlic in the hot oil.
- 10. Add the zucchini slices to the pan.
- 11. Simmer the vegetables while stirring over low heat.
- 12. Continue cooking until the vegetables are lightly golden brown.
- 13. Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
- 14. Drain the spaghetti.
- 15. Distribute the pasta onto four plates.
- 16. Place the vegetables over the pasta.
- 17. Serve the dish immediately.
