🍝 Creamy Spaghetti with Zucchini and Crab Meat

Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 1 tbsp butter
- 200 g whipping cream
- 125 ml fish stock (from the jar)
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 400 g spaghetti
- 2 medium zucchini (approx. 400 g)
- 300 g deep-sea crab (cooked and peeled)
- 2 tsp chopped dill tips
- 2 tbsp crème fraîche
Instructions
- 1. Peel the onion and dice it into small cubes.
- 2. Heat butter in a pot and sauté the onion cubes until translucent.
- 3. Stir cream and meat stock into the onions.
- 4. Season the sauce with salt, pepper, and curry powder.
- 5. Let the sauce simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 6. Cook the spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente (firm to the bite).
- 7. Wash the zucchini and cut it into long, thin strips.
- 8. Add the zucchini strips to the sauce and cook them for 3 to 4 minutes.
- 9. Warm the crab meat through in the sauce.
- 10. Mix crème fraîche and fresh dill leaves and stir them into the sauce.
- 11. Finally, adjust the seasoning of the sauce to taste.
- 12. Add the drained spaghetti to the sauce and mix everything well.
- 13. Serve the dish garnished with fresh dill.
