  4. 4. Wash the zucchini thoroughly.
  5. 5. Cut the zucchini into thin strips or use a grater.
  6. 6. Peel the garlic.
  7. 7. Finely chop the garlic.
  8. 8. Heat oil in a frying pan.
  9. 9. Add the zucchini strips and garlic to the hot pan.
  10. 10. Sauté the vegetables for 2 to 3 minutes.
  11. 11. Cut the salmon into small pieces.
  12. 12. Cut the mozzarella into small cubes.
  13. 13. Drain the cooked spaghetti.
  14. 14. Add the drained pasta to the zucchini in the pan.
  15. 15. Add the salmon and mozzarella.
  16. 16. Mix everything well together.
  17. 17. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  18. 18. Plate the dish onto serving plates.
  19. 19. Sprinkle the pasta with fresh chives.
