🍝 Spaghetti with Zucchini, Salmon, and Mozzarella

Ingredients
- 400 g Spaghetti
- Salt
- 1 Zucchini
- 1 Garlic clove
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 150 g Smoked salmon
- 250 g Mozzarella
- Pepper
- 2 tbsp Chives
Instructions
- 1. Boil water in a large pot and add some salt.
- 2. Add the spaghetti to the boiling water.
- 3. Cook the pasta until al dente (firm to the bite).
- 4. Wash the zucchini thoroughly.
- 5. Cut the zucchini into thin strips or use a grater.
- 6. Peel the garlic.
- 7. Finely chop the garlic.
- 8. Heat oil in a frying pan.
- 9. Add the zucchini strips and garlic to the hot pan.
- 10. Sauté the vegetables for 2 to 3 minutes.
- 11. Cut the salmon into small pieces.
- 12. Cut the mozzarella into small cubes.
- 13. Drain the cooked spaghetti.
- 14. Add the drained pasta to the zucchini in the pan.
- 15. Add the salmon and mozzarella.
- 16. Mix everything well together.
- 17. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- 18. Plate the dish onto serving plates.
- 19. Sprinkle the pasta with fresh chives.
- 20. Serve the dish immediately.
