🍝 Zucchini Prawn Pasta

Ingredients
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 tsp ginger
- 350 g peeled shrimp tails (kitchen-ready)
- 8 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pink pepper (crushed)
- 1 tsp turmeric (ground)
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 400 g zucchini
- 400 g spaghetti
- cilantro
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic clove and chop it very finely.
- 2. Wash the prawns and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Place the chopped garlic, the ginger, and the prawns in a bowl.
- 4. Add four tablespoons of olive oil.
- 5. Season the mixture with salt, pink peppercorns, turmeric, and soy sauce.
- 6. Mix everything well, cover the bowl, and place it in the refrigerator for one hour.
- 7. Wash the zucchini and cut it into thin sticks.
- 8. Place the marinated prawns along with the marinade into a frying pan.
- 9. Fry the prawns over medium heat for about six minutes.
- 10. Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente.
- 11. Drain the pasta and let it drain well.
- 12. Return the pasta to the pot.
- 13. Mix the pasta with the cut zucchini sticks and the remaining olive oil.
- 14. Cover the pot and place it on the still warm stove burner for a short time.
- 15. Portion the zucchini pasta into pre-warmed bowls.
- 16. Place the fried prawns on top.
- 17. Sprinkle the dish with fresh coriander and serve.
