  1. 1. Peel the garlic clove and chop it very finely.
  2. 2. Wash the prawns and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Place the chopped garlic, the ginger, and the prawns in a bowl.
  4. 4. Add four tablespoons of olive oil.
  5. 5. Season the mixture with salt, pink peppercorns, turmeric, and soy sauce.
  6. 6. Mix everything well, cover the bowl, and place it in the refrigerator for one hour.
  7. 7. Wash the zucchini and cut it into thin sticks.
  8. 8. Place the marinated prawns along with the marinade into a frying pan.
  9. 9. Fry the prawns over medium heat for about six minutes.
  10. 10. Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente.
  11. 11. Drain the pasta and let it drain well.
  12. 12. Return the pasta to the pot.
  13. 13. Mix the pasta with the cut zucchini sticks and the remaining olive oil.
  14. 14. Cover the pot and place it on the still warm stove burner for a short time.
  15. 15. Portion the zucchini pasta into pre-warmed bowls.
  16. 16. Place the fried prawns on top.
  17. 17. Sprinkle the dish with fresh coriander and serve.
