🍝 Pasta with Lemon Feta Cream Sauce

Ingredients
- 350 g ribbon pasta (light and green)
- 1 lemon
- 200 g feta cheese
- 150 ml vegetable broth (instant)
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 2 tbsp dill tips
Instructions
- 1. Thinly peel the lemon using a sharp knife.
- 2. Cut the lemon peel into very fine strips.
- 3. Squeeze the lemon to extract the juice.
- 4. Crumble the feta cheese into coarse pieces.
- 5. Mix the lemon juice with the vegetable broth.
- 6. Season the liquid with salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar.
- 7. Stir the dill into the sauce.
- 8. Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente.
- 9. Drain the pasta.
- 10. Toss the pasta with the prepared sauce and the feta cheese.
- 11. Sprinkle the dish with the lemon zest.
- 12. Serve the pasta immediately.
