🍝 Pasta with Tuna Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 cans tuna (in water)
- 4 larger tomatoes
- 2 garlic cloves
- 350 g spaghetti
- salt
- pepper (from a mill)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 50 ml dry white wine
- 1 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
Instructions
- 1. Open the can of tuna and drain the liquid.
- 2. Break the tuna into coarse chunks using a fork.
- 3. Place the tomatoes briefly in boiling water.
- 4. Immediately transfer the tomatoes to cold water to make peeling easier.
- 5. Quarter the tomatoes and remove the hard seeds.
- 6. Dice the tomato flesh into small cubes.
- 7. Peel the garlic.
- 8. Chop the garlic very finely.
- 9. Put the pasta into a large pot with plenty of boiling salted water.
- 10. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until firm to the bite (al dente).
- 11. Heat the oil in a small frying pan.
- 12. Sauté the chopped garlic briefly until fragrant.
- 13. Add the diced tomatoes and the wine to the pan.
- 14. Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
- 15. Let the sauce simmer gently for 4 to 5 minutes.
- 16. Stir in the tuna and the chopped parsley.
- 17. Adjust the seasoning to taste one last time.
- 18. Drain the pasta.
- 19. Serve the pasta on plates.
- 20. Add the tuna tomato sauce.
