  1. 1. Open the can of tuna and drain the liquid.
  2. 2. Break the tuna into coarse chunks using a fork.
  3. 3. Place the tomatoes briefly in boiling water.
  4. 4. Immediately transfer the tomatoes to cold water to make peeling easier.
  5. 5. Quarter the tomatoes and remove the hard seeds.
  6. 6. Dice the tomato flesh into small cubes.
  7. 7. Peel the garlic.
  8. 8. Chop the garlic very finely.
  9. 9. Put the pasta into a large pot with plenty of boiling salted water.
  10. 10. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until firm to the bite (al dente).
  11. 11. Heat the oil in a small frying pan.
  12. 12. Sauté the chopped garlic briefly until fragrant.
  13. 13. Add the diced tomatoes and the wine to the pan.
  14. 14. Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
  15. 15. Let the sauce simmer gently for 4 to 5 minutes.
  16. 16. Stir in the tuna and the chopped parsley.
  17. 17. Adjust the seasoning to taste one last time.
  18. 18. Drain the pasta.
  19. 19. Serve the pasta on plates.
