  4. 4. Open the can of tuna and drain the water.
  5. 5. Use two forks to break the tuna into coarse chunks.
  6. 6. Peel the onions and the garlic.
  7. 7. Finely chop the onions and the garlic.
  8. 8. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes.
  9. 9. Shock the tomatoes immediately with cold water.
  10. 10. Peel the skin off the tomatoes.
  11. 11. Cut the peeled tomatoes into small cubes.
  12. 12. Heat oil in a frying pan.
  13. 13. Sauté the chopped onions and garlic in the hot oil.
  14. 14. Stir in the tomato paste and let it cook briefly.
  15. 15. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  16. 16. Deglaze the pan with the broth.
  17. 17. Add the diced tomatoes to the sauce.
  18. 18. Bring the sauce to a boil.
  19. 19. Season the sauce to taste with chili, salt, and pepper.
