  1. 1. Rinse the lemon under hot water and dry it thoroughly.
  2. 2. Finely grate the outer peel of the lemon and squeeze out the juice.
  3. 3. Peel the shallot and the garlic and chop both ingredients very finely.
  4. 4. Heat the butter in a pan and sauté the shallots and garlic until translucent.
  5. 5. Deglaze the pan with the wine.
  6. 6. Add the lemon juice and the thyme.
  7. 7. Let the sauce simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.
  8. 8. Wash the beans and remove the hard ends.
  9. 9. Cut the beans into pieces about 4 centimeters long.
  10. 10. Cook the beans in salted water for about 8 minutes until al dente.
  11. 11. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente as well.
  12. 12. Drain the tuna and let it drain well.

  15. 15. Season the sauce with salt, pepper, sugar, and chili flakes.
  16. 16. Gently fold the pasta, beans, and tuna into the sauce.
