🍝 Spaghetti with Porcini Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 400 g porcini mushrooms
- 400 g spaghetti
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 2 shallots
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the porcini mushrooms.
- 2. Slice the mushrooms into thin pieces.
- 3. Peel the shallots.
- 4. Cut the shallots into fine strips.
- 5. Bring plenty of water to a boil.
- 6. Salt the boiling water.
- 7. Cook the spaghetti in it until firm to the bite (al dente).
- 8. Drain the pasta.
- 9. Heat the oil and butter in a pan.
- 10. Fry the mushroom slices over high heat for 2 minutes.
- 11. Add the shallot strips to the pan.
- 12. Simmer the shallots covered over low heat for about 5 minutes.
- 13. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- 14. Add the chopped parsley.
- 15. Mix the mushroom-parsley mixture thoroughly with the drained spaghetti.
- 16. Plate the pasta.
- 17. Serve the dish immediately.
