  1. 1. Thoroughly wash the porcini mushrooms.
  2. 2. Slice the mushrooms into thin pieces.
  3. 3. Peel the shallots.
  4. 4. Cut the shallots into fine strips.
  5. 5. Bring plenty of water to a boil.
  6. 6. Salt the boiling water.
  7. 7. Cook the spaghetti in it until firm to the bite (al dente).
  8. 8. Drain the pasta.
  9. 9. Heat the oil and butter in a pan.
  10. 10. Fry the mushroom slices over high heat for 2 minutes.
  11. 11. Add the shallot strips to the pan.
  12. 12. Simmer the shallots covered over low heat for about 5 minutes.
  13. 13. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  14. 14. Add the chopped parsley.
  15. 15. Mix the mushroom-parsley mixture thoroughly with the drained spaghetti.
