  1. 1. Bring water to a boil in a large pot and add salt.
  2. 2. Cook the band noodles in the boiling salted water according to the package instructions.
  3. 3. Drain the noodles and set them aside.
  4. 4. Dice the turkey bacon and onions into small pieces.
  5. 5. Heat some butter in a pot.
  6. 6. Fry the turkey bacon until golden brown over medium heat.
  7. 7. Add the onions and cook them for about 5 minutes.
  8. 8. Squeeze the sauerkraut well to remove excess liquid.
  9. 9. Add the sauerkraut and spices to the pot and mix everything well.
  10. 10. Simmer the mixture for about 10 minutes.
  11. 11. Slice the mushrooms.
  12. 12. Heat butter in a separate pan.
  13. 13. Sauté the mushroom slices in the pan over medium heat.
  14. 14. Season the mushrooms to taste.
  15. 15. Add the drained noodles and mushrooms to the sauerkraut mixture.
  16. 16. Mix all ingredients well together.
  17. 17. Taste the dish again and adjust the spices.
  18. 18. Serve the noodles with sauerkraut in bowls.
