🍝 Pasta with Radicchio

Ingredients
- 400 g Tagliatelle
- Salt
- 1 small Radicchio
- 150 g Coppa (in thin slices)
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 2 tbsp walnut oil
- 1 drop lemon juice
- 80 g feta cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped walnut kernels
Instructions
- 1. Bring water to a boil and add salt.
- 2. Cook the pasta in this salted water until al dente.
- 3. Wash the radicchio thoroughly.
- 4. Remove the tough stems from the radicchio.
- 5. Cut the radicchio into bite-sized pieces.
- 6. Cut the coppa into wide strips.
- 7. Mix the sour cream well with the oil.
- 8. Let the pasta drain briefly.
- 9. Place the pasta in a large bowl.
- 10. Add the prepared ingredients to the pasta.
- 11. Add the lemon juice.
- 12. Add the sheep's cheese.
- 13. Add the walnuts.
- 14. Toss everything together gently.
- 15. Season the dish with salt.
- 16. Season the dish with pepper.
- 17. Serve the dish.
