🍝 Creamy Mushroom Pasta with Fresh Basil

Ingredients
- Tagliatelle (200g green & white each)
- 1 small onion
- 250 g small button mushrooms
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 250 g whipping cream
- 1 bunch basil
- 100 g parmesan (block)
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add some salt.
- 2. Cook the pasta in this salted water for as long as indicated on the package.
- 3. Drain the pasta and let it drip dry well.
- 4. Clean the mushrooms and slice them into thin pieces.
- 5. Peel the onion and chop it into very small cubes.
- 6. Heat the butter in a large pan.
- 7. Add the chopped onions to the hot butter and sauté them until soft.
- 8. Add the mushroom slices to the pan.
- 9. Fry everything while stirring constantly until the liquid from the mushrooms has evaporated.
- 10. Pour the cream into the pan.
- 11. Let the sauce simmer gently for five minutes.
- 12. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to your taste.
- 13. Wash the basil and dry it.
- 14. Finely chop the basil leaves.
- 15. Stir the chopped basil into the mushroom sauce.
- 16. Distribute the drained pasta onto the plates.
- 17. Pour the warm mushroom sauce over the pasta.
- 18. Grate fresh Parmesan over the finished dish.
