  1. 1. Bring water to a boil in a large pot and add some salt.
  2. 2. Cook the pasta in this salted water until al dente (firm to the bite). Follow the time indicated on the package.
  3. 3. Place the mushrooms and finely sliced shallots in a pan with olive oil.
  4. 4. Sauté the mushrooms and shallots quickly over high heat.
  5. 5. Press the garlic through a press and stir it into the pan.
  6. 6. Add the mint and simmer everything for a few minutes over low heat.
  7. 7. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. 8. Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the pan with the mushroom mixture.
  9. 9. Toss the pasta well with the mushroom sauce.
  10. 10. Serve the pasta on plates and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
