🍝 Pasta with Mushrooms and Mint

Ingredients
- 400 g Spaghetti
- 600 g mixed, fresh mushrooms (depending on the season, cleaned and if necessary cut into small pieces)
- 2 large shallots (finely chopped)
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp mint (finely chopped)
- mint (for decoration)
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Bring water to a boil in a large pot and add some salt.
- 2. Cook the pasta in this salted water until al dente (firm to the bite). Follow the time indicated on the package.
- 3. Place the mushrooms and finely sliced shallots in a pan with olive oil.
- 4. Sauté the mushrooms and shallots quickly over high heat.
- 5. Press the garlic through a press and stir it into the pan.
- 6. Add the mint and simmer everything for a few minutes over low heat.
- 7. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- 8. Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the pan with the mushroom mixture.
- 9. Toss the pasta well with the mushroom sauce.
- 10. Serve the pasta on plates and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
