🍝 Lobster Pasta with Bell Peppers

Ingredients
- 400 g Linguine
- 1 small lobster (cooked, extracted meat approx. 500 g)
- 1 bell pepper
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 0.5 bunch parsley (for sprinkling)
Instructions
- 1. Cut the lobster meat into small, bite-sized pieces.
- 2. Peel the bell pepper using a vegetable peeler.
- 3. Halve the bell pepper and remove the inside with the seeds.
- 4. Dice the bell pepper into small cubes.
- 5. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan.
- 6. Peel the garlic clove.
- 7. Finely chop the garlic.
- 8. Sauté the diced bell peppers together with the garlic in the hot oil for about 10 minutes until soft.
- 9. Season the bell peppers with salt and pepper.
- 10. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a separate frying pan.
- 11. Sear the lobster meat briefly.
- 12. Lightly salt the lobster meat.
- 13. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
- 14. Drain the pasta.
- 15. Let the pasta drain well.
- 16. Mix the pasta with the pepper mixture and chopped parsley.
- 17. Plate the pasta.
- 18. Top with the seared lobster meat.
