🍝 Spaghetti with Seafood

Ingredients
- 1 kg mussels and Venus clams
- 200 g shrimp
- 4 Calamari
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tomatoes
- 300 g spaghetti
- 1 clove garlic
- lemon (juice)
- 0.5 bunch parsley
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Wash the clams thoroughly and brush them clean.
- 2. Discard any clams that are still open.
- 3. Clean the squid and cut them into rings.
- 4. Peel the prawns.
- 5. Heat two tablespoons of olive oil in a large pot.
- 6. Add the well-drained clams to the pot.
- 7. Cook the clams covered for five minutes.
- 8. Shake the pot occasionally.
- 9. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions.
- 10. Heat the remaining oil in a pan.
- 11. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
- 12. Sauté the garlic in the oil.
- 13. Add the seafood.
- 14. Fry the seafood over medium heat for five minutes.
- 15. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes.
- 16. Shock the tomatoes in cold water immediately.
- 17. Peel the tomatoes.
- 18. Quarter the tomatoes.
- 19. Remove the seeds.
- 20. Dice the tomatoes finely.
- 21. Wash the parsley.
- 22. Chop the parsley finely.
- 23. Add the parsley to the dish.
- 24. Drizzle everything with lemon juice.
- 25. Mix the well-drained spaghetti with the seafood.
- 26. Add the diced tomatoes.
- 27. Season the dish to taste with salt and pepper.
