🍝 Creative Pasta with Chard

Ingredients
- 400 g chard
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 2 tbsp olive oil (20 ml)
- 500 g linguine
- salt
- 1 spritzer lemon juice
- cayenne pepper
- 4 tbsp grated parmesan
Instructions
- 1. Wash the chard thoroughly.
- 2. Remove the tough stems from the chard.
- 3. Cut the chard leaves into thin strips.
- 4. Wash the tomatoes.
- 5. Remove the hard stem ends from the tomatoes.
- 6. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces.
- 7. Peel the onion.
- 8. Dice the onion into small cubes.
- 9. Heat some oil in a hot pan.
- 10. Sauté the onion cubes until translucent.
- 11. Add the chard strips to the pan.
- 12. Fry the chard briefly.
- 13. Add the tomato pieces.
- 14. Let the sauce simmer at medium heat for approx. 10 minutes.
- 15. Wait until the sauce thickens slightly.
- 16. Fill a large pot with water.
- 17. Bring the water to a boil.
- 18. Salt the water.
- 19. Cook the pasta al dente according to package instructions.
- 20. Season the vegetables with lemon juice.
- 21. Season the vegetables with salt.
- 22. Season the vegetables with cayenne pepper.
- 23. Drain the pasta.
- 24. Fold the drained pasta into the vegetables.
- 25. Add some pasta cooking water if needed.
- 26. Plate the pasta with chard.
- 27. Sprinkle the pasta with Parmesan.
