  2. 2. Wash the radishes, remove the stems, and slice them into very thin rounds.
  3. 3. Dice the shallot very finely.
  4. 4. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the shallot until translucent.
  5. 5. Pour the cream and the broth into the pan with the shallot.
  6. 6. Add the radish slices to the sauce.
  7. 7. Let the sauce simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.
  8. 8. Cook the spaghetti in a pot of boiling salted water until al dente.
  9. 9. Mix the starch with a little cold water until you have a smooth mixture.
  10. 10. Stir the starch mixture into the sauce to thicken it.
  11. 11. Fold the chopped herbs into the sauce.
  12. 12. Remove the pan from the heat.
  13. 13. Season the sauce to taste with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
