  2. 2. Meanwhile, cut the Fontina and Gorgonzola into small cubes. Place them together with the cream in a small saucepan. Heat the mixture slowly while stirring constantly until the cheese has melted. Finally, season the sauce with a pinch of salt, pepper, and ground nutmeg.
  3. 3. Drain the pasta and let it drip dry well. Toss it with the butter to prevent sticking. Gently fold the cheese sauce into the pasta, sprinkle the grated Parmesan over it, and serve the dish immediately while warm.
