🍝 Pasta with Yogurt Herb Dressing

Ingredients
- 400 g ribbon pasta
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 untreated lemons
- 1 bunch lemon balm
- 150 g plain yogurt
- salt (pepper)
Instructions
- 1. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente (firm to the bite).
- 2. Drain the pasta and rinse it immediately with cold water to cool it down.
- 3. Let the pasta drain well.
- 4. Toss the drained pasta with the oil.
- 5. Slice one lemon into thin rounds.
- 6. Grate the zest of the second lemon using a zester.
- 7. Squeeze the juice from the second lemon.
- 8. Mix the lemon juice with the yogurt.
- 9. Season the yogurt mixture with salt and pepper.
- 10. Wash the lemon balm and chop it finely.
- 11. Stir the chopped lemon balm into the yogurt sauce.
- 12. Line a bowl with the lemon slices.
- 13. Toss the pasta with the herb sauce.
- 14. Fill the pasta into the prepared bowl.
- 15. Sprinkle the dish with the lemon zest.
