🍝 Chicken Pasta with Fresh Herb Cream

Ingredients
- 1 package pasta (500g)
- 2 chicken breast fillets (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 1 onion
- 1 tsp ginger
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 bunch parsley (finely chopped)
- 500 ml vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp mascarpone
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 0.5 untreated lemon (thin strips)
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the onion.
- 2. Chop the onion very finely.
- 3. Heat the oil in a pot.
- 4. Sauté the onions in the hot oil.
- 5. Wait until the onions are soft and translucent.
- 6. Add the ginger to the pot.
- 7. Add the chicken pieces to the pot.
- 8. Fry the mixture for a few minutes.
- 9. Season the mixture with salt.
- 10. Season the mixture with pepper.
- 11. Add the parsley to the chicken.
- 12. Add the vegetable broth to the chicken.
- 13. Add the mascarpone to the chicken.
- 14. Add the lemon juice to the chicken.
- 15. Add the lemon zest to the chicken.
- 16. Stir all ingredients well.
- 17. Taste the sauce.
- 18. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
- 19. Mix the cooked pasta with the sauce.
- 20. Serve the dish.
- 21. Garnish the dish with fresh parsley leaves.
- 22. Garnish the dish with thin lemon strips.
