  1. 1. Peel the onion and cut it into fine cubes.
  2. 2. Peel the carrot and the parsley root.
  3. 3. Wash the zucchini and cut it into cubes.
  4. 4. Cut all vegetable pieces into cubes about half a centimeter in size.
  5. 5. Wash the marjoram and shake it dry.
  6. 6. Set aside a few stems of the marjoram.
  7. 7. Pluck off the remaining leaves and chop them finely.
  8. 8. Heat oil in a pan.
  9. 9. Sauté the onions and vegetable cubes in the hot oil.
  10. 10. Add the minced meat to the pan.
  11. 11. Fry the meat until it is crumbly.
  12. 12. Deglaze the mixture with the tomatoes.
  13. 13. Let the sauce simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
  14. 14. Wait until the sauce is thick and creamy.
  15. 15. Stir the cream into the sauce.
  16. 16. Fold in the chopped marjoram.
  17. 17. Season the sauce with salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar.
  18. 18. Cook the macaroni in plenty of boiling salted water.
  19. 19. Cook the pasta until firm to the bite (al dente).
