🍝 Spicy Spaghetti with Minced Meat Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
- 350 g minced meat
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- oregano (1/2 tsp each dried)
- basil (1/2 tsp each dried)
- thyme (1/2 tsp each dried)
- marjoram (1/2 tsp each dried)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 100 ml milk
- 2 cans peeled tomatoes (450 g)
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 50 ml meat broth (instant)
- 400 g penne
- 2 tbsp basil
Instructions
- 1. Place the minced meat in a bowl.
- 2. Add the spices.
- 3. Season the meat generously with salt and pepper.
- 4. Mix everything well together.
- 5. Peel the onion.
- 6. Peel the garlic.
- 7. Chop the onion very finely.
- 8. Chop the garlic very finely.
- 9. Heat the olive oil in a pot.
- 10. Fry the minced meat in the hot oil.
- 11. Fry it until it is crumbly.
- 12. Add the chopped onion to the meat.
- 13. Add the chopped garlic.
- 14. Sauté the vegetables together with the meat.
- 15. Deglaze the meat with the milk.
- 16. Add the tomatoes with their juice to the pot.
- 17. Crush the tomatoes slightly.
- 18. Stir the tomato paste into the sauce.
- 19. Add the broth to the sauce.
- 20. Simmer the sauce over low heat.
- 21. Simmer it for one hour and thirty minutes.
- 22. Add more liquid if necessary.
- 23. Taste the sauce.
- 24. Season the sauce to your liking.
- 25. Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water.
- 26. Cook the pasta until al dente.
- 27. Drain the pasta.
- 28. Let the pasta drain well.
- 29. Mix the pasta with the minced meat tomato sauce.
- 30. Add the fresh basil.
- 31. Mix everything well together.
