  3. 3. Cut the asparagus into bite-sized pieces.
  4. 4. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
  5. 5. Cook the asparagus in it for 6 to 8 minutes.
  6. 6. Drain the asparagus.
  7. 7. Shock it immediately with cold water.
  8. 8. Clean the spring onions.
  9. 9. Wash them as well.
  10. 10. Slice the spring onions into thin rings.
  11. 11. Peel the garlic.
  12. 12. Dice the garlic finely.
  13. 13. Wash the tomatoes.
  14. 14. Quarter the tomatoes.
  15. 15. Remove the core.
  16. 16. Cut the flesh into cubes.
  17. 17. Heat a dry pan over low heat.
  18. 18. Toast the sesame seeds in it briefly.
  19. 19. Pour the sesame seeds onto a plate.
  20. 20. Let the sesame seeds cool down completely.
  21. 21. Heat olive oil in a different pan.
  22. 22. Sear the asparagus pieces briefly over medium heat.
  23. 23. Add the spring onion rings to the pan.
  24. 24. Add the tomato cubes.
  25. 25. Sauté the vegetables for 2 to 3 minutes.
  26. 26. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  27. 27. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  28. 28. Cook the pasta in it until al dente.
  29. 29. Roll the ham into small rolls.

  39. 39. Sprinkle the basil over the finished dish.
