🍝 Colorful Wok Noodles with Vegetables

Ingredients
- 300 g Chinese mie noodles
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 1 kg leek
- 2 shallots
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp chive rings
- 4 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp walnut oil
- 100 g chopped walnuts
Instructions
- 1. Bring plenty of water to a boil and add salt.
- 2. Cook the noodles in it until they are al dente (still firm to the bite).
- 3. Drain the noodles and let them drip dry well.
- 4. Wash the leek and trim off the ends.
- 5. Slice the white and light green parts of the leek into thin rings.
- 6. Peel the shallots and the garlic.
- 7. Dice the shallots and the garlic finely.
- 8. Heat oil in a wok or a frying pan.
- 9. Sauté the shallots, garlic, and leek in the hot oil for 3 minutes.
- 10. Add the drained noodles.
- 11. Fry the noodles for another 5 minutes.
- 12. Season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
- 13. Add walnut oil and stir everything together.
- 14. Stir in the chives.
- 15. Divide the noodles among small bowls.
- 16. Sprinkle the noodles with walnuts.
- 17. Serve the noodles immediately.
