  1. 1. Wash the peppers thoroughly.
  2. 2. Cut the peppers in half.
  3. 3. Remove the inside with the seeds and the stem.
  4. 4. Cut the pepper halves lengthwise into thin strips.
  5. 5. Wash the broccoli.
  6. 6. Divide the broccoli into small florets.
  7. 7. Boil the broccoli florets for 4 minutes in boiling salted water.
  8. 8. Drain the broccoli well afterwards.
  9. 9. Wash the zucchini.
  10. 10. Cut the zucchini lengthwise into quarters.
  11. 11. Cut the zucchini quarters into small cubes.
  12. 12. Heat 4 tablespoons of oil in a pan.
  13. 13. Briefly fry the peppers and the zucchini over high heat for 1 minute.
  14. 14. Reduce the heat.
  15. 15. Add 50 milliliters of water and the garlic.
  16. 16. Simmer the vegetables under a lid over medium heat for about 8 to 10 minutes.
  17. 17. Stir the vegetables occasionally.
  18. 18. Add the broccoli.
  19. 19. Season the vegetables with salt and pepper to taste.
  20. 20. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente.
  21. 21. Check the cooking time by tasting a pasta piece repeatedly.
  22. 22. Mix the pasta with the vegetables.
  23. 23. Add a little more pepper.
  24. 24. Sprinkle the pasta with freshly grated Parmesan.
  25. 25. Serve the pasta immediately.
