  1. 1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add some salt.
  2. 2. Cook the pasta in this salted water until it is al dente (still firm to the bite).
  3. 3. Peel the onions and cut them in half lengthwise.
  4. 4. Cut the onion halves into very thin strips.
  5. 5. Remove the hard ends and strings from the snow peas.
  6. 6. Thoroughly wash the snow peas and the broccoli.
  7. 7. Cut the washed broccoli into small florets.
  8. 8. Cut the snow peas into small pieces.
  9. 9. Add some oil to a pan and heat it.
  10. 10. Add the onion strips, snow peas, and broccoli to the hot pan.
  11. 11. Sauté the vegetables for 5 minutes over medium heat.
  12. 12. Deglaze the vegetables with a little vegetable broth.
  13. 13. Let the liquid reduce slightly until it thickens a bit.
  14. 14. Season the vegetables with salt and pepper to taste.
  15. 15. Drain the cooked pasta in a colander.
  16. 16. Let the pasta drain well.
  17. 17. Mix the drained pasta with the sautéed vegetables in the pan.
  18. 18. Portion the pasta and vegetable mixture onto plates.
  19. 19. Sprinkle the dish freshly with grated Parmesan cheese.
  20. 20. Serve the pasta immediately while warm.
